What is the Deal Quality Score?

AWS ACE assigns a 1-5 score to every co-sell opportunity based on how complete and competitive the deal profile is. AWS sellers use this score to decide which partner deals to invest their time in. Below 3, your deal is effectively invisible to them.

Does this replace ACE?

No. Your deals still live in ACE. Vela surfaces the intelligence that ACE buries: score, funding eligibility, PDM status. Act on it from your own dashboard.

We already sync deals to ACE manually. Is Vela still useful?

Manual sync gets the deal in. Knowing the score tells you whether AWS is co-selling with you or not. Those are two different things. Most ISVs that sync manually have no idea what their deal scores are.
